Updating of keepalived monitoring

Old keepalived scripts have just one, not very useful check. My proposition:

  • Changing two scripts (one created list of IP addresess, second check if this addresses are asigned) to one. This one just say how many of virtual IP addresses are assigned to host interface.
  • Adding userparameter to check keepalived state (need sudo command)
  • Adding Readme and zabbix template .xml

I'm not using gentoo, so I didn't test or update gentoo/ scripts.
